Le MONTPEYROUX, called "LA PIMPANELA", is a blend of Grenache on the "Causse de Montpeyroux", Syrah of 30 years old, Carignan of 50 years old and a 100-year-old Cinsault grown below the small village of Arboras.

 

Somewhat wild, the nose develops notes of tobacco, cherry, bilberry, almond, bourbon vanilla. The entry is greatly soft with real texture. The palate evolves towards body, quite rich, with fresh, slightly granular tannins. The finish is frank, on scrubland aromas .

La Pimpanela can be drunk slightly chilled in summer.
