L'Egrisée means the diamond dust.

70% white grenache, 10% roussanne, and 20% white carignan.

The wine is vinificated and aged in tank and embottled in spring. The malolactique fermentation is not done to keep all the freshness to this wonderful cepage.
the young carigan blanc and some roussane is added to the blend. This vigne is situated at 400 meters altitude.
This white wine has aromas of white flowers, fennel, without exuberance. The color is clear and limpid, the mouth well balanced, with lovely acidity.


L'Egrisée must be drunk very fresh, with fish, seafood, and also goat cheese or white meat.
